Report an error in the reference

Accuracy matters most to us. Please include the offense or page name, the statute section, and what you believe is wrong, with a link to the official text if you have one. Corrections ship in the next app update and on micropenal.com.

Common questions

• Does it work offline? Yes. The iPhone app stores all reference content on your device. Statute links and links you add need a connection.
• How is the content updated? Updates to the reference content arrive as app updates through the App Store. The content version and date are shown under About in the app.
• New phone? Download MicroPenal again from the App Store with the same Apple Account; you won't be charged again. Bookmarks and tiles are stored on the device and move with your iPhone backup, not with your account.
• Refunds and billing. Purchases are made through Apple. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Is this legal advice? No. MicroPenal is a quick-reference aid. Always confirm the current statute, case law, and your agency's policy before acting.
